2nd December - Sexy Suprermacy Workout

So I'd thought things had cooled down for a second, as far as intensity goes but this workout gave me some cee cho. The ones that mention words like, "Sexy," and "Hot" tend to be the hardest - because people think the hard work is now worth it - Because the sexy told 'em so.
