The Return of the 'Few (Curfew)




4 Exercises, 1 minute a piece. Three times through:
Part 1
Exercise 1: Mountain Climber Push-up Combo (20/5)
-Twenty Mountain Climbers then five push-ups - keep going.
Exercise 2: V-Ups
Exercise 3: Super mans

Exercise 4: Plank with Reptile Crunch and Cupp-a-ture Leg Lift.
Part 2
Exercise 5: 3 MINUTES OF JUMP LUNGES


Breakdown: This is a workout dedicated to Yrsa Moe and her constant absence from the workout group. It is nice when she shows up, that goes for everyone.

The workout is roll-y. The mountain climbers keep hearts pumping pretty fast then the exercises following give time to catch some 'cupe' but are straining and make POWER a requirement.
