November 17 &18 Workouts With a Little Relaps

The seventeenth was The Medal of Honor Workout which was pretty difficult - speaking plainly, in a generic sort of way. After this, right after, I did The Grand Theft Booty Workout which got to my legs pretty good. Both workouts were the first of the week being that I haven't started doing them on the weekend(s) yet.

Over the weekend it is tough to keep up with the 5 week diet challenge because I'm away from my normal foraging area, which is oddly enough now considered Boise. When I'm down in the town I don't really have time to cook and at the 'rents house, I don't have the food necessary to make my bland routine meals. I'm going to have to figure out a way to get this eating thing under control if I want to be able to make it an entire 5 weeks - I do want to make it 5 weeks.

I think it will help not only myself - well, it will help me in more ways than just being able to get into shape, I'll also be able to provide other people with a how I did it sort of story and maybe have to the satisfaction of actually helping someone else, or being recognized for something - either one.

The goal of this isn't just to get into shape, so gaining some knowledge and later transferring it to the aid of an unknowing chellovic could be fulfilling to everyone involved. I do want to get this training thing under wraps and 'Zu Zu' teaches a whole bunch. I want to start being very critical of my own form in these workouts so I lose this whole attitude of trying to beat her each workout. I don't look at her numbers, but I know she post 'em anyway. Sometimes I strive to beat, but most I'm going about business as regular and keeping the form vicious.

I'm on November 19th and 20th today, and only 56 days back (after today).
Making progress. With some weekend wo's I'll catch up in no time - BUT I don't really see that happening with football and everything. Anyway, see you later Zu'.
