November 19th and 20th

The workout is called 550 Rep Fat Massacre Workout:
I'm not fat, I do have some on me but most would say I'm no where near pleasantly plump and very close to above average on a who's judging who fitness scale (link in side bar).
This workout was muy difficult and worth it. I finished it in 25 mins but my form didn't impress through out the entire workout.

Along with the daily routine of dripping in so much sweat my beard pours ounces to the floor every time I slug my head towards the ground, I decided to do all of this while recording myself. I'm not one for the spot light but I do what to see (for myself) how my form maintains throughout the entirety of these workouts, and I'd like to have some form of comparison to determine whether or not I've improved my body when I'm looking back on this - assuming I'm going to be looking back at all.

So I did the recording. My form wasn't that bad but definitely leaves room for things to look cleaner.

As I'm watching all this wonderful footage after my workout and feeling close to wonderful, sweat glistening when in the proper light, I lean over to wipe some trace sweat from the top right of the key board with a towel. As I'm wiping, I remember to avoid tilting my head in a manor that the reservoir corralled by my beard doesn't rush out, full force onto my computer. I neglected to notice the keys I was wiping weren't just getting a clean and gentle 'wipe!' but they were also getting a press and smear too.

All the keys in The Upper Eastside of my computer were pressed and cleaned numerous times - I was kind of proud of the job I'd done - saving the computer from a water filled doom, but before I could fully relish in my wonderful-ness I'd focused on the now still screen and noticed that my first workout video (which was 25mins of me being tortured) is gone. Not in the trash where I can just go snag it out, but gone. No trace. Only this post to count of it's ravishing tale.

So, I am yet to post a video but I do plan on doing so (err-Ryteee-errrr-etttT).

T0night, I plan on doing the workout that was posted on the 20th, but I will see how I feel tonight.
As far as the eating plan, I'm still on track but am finding myself only eating grilled chicken with veggies. I'm not complaining about it, I do enjoy it even but I do find my cooking skills quite limited. I'm going to work on those too.
