200 rep Side Plank - Meh.

7 min Burpee - Started sweating.

300 rep Jump Lunge - Good drip going.


The combination of all 3 exercise challenges in one night -
Kind of kicked my chin towards the floor - followed by a steady flow of sweat streaming from beard.
