As far as the workout goes, my butt felt very old and beat in by the end of all these lunges and high knees. I'm not so sure this was the way I was supposed to feel but none of you are me and I can feel how ever I please (thank you very much).
Luckily before I developed a hunched back and a need for 2 liters of prune juice I started having this Benjamin Button type experience where my drained, tired, sweaty body transitioned into this young fit thing I'm left with now. I'm not complaining, but I was looking forward to the prune juice.
