I understand that you have a unique take on fitness and everything that goes with it, but I have one request. Kind of just one, I don't really know what I will feel in the future. But for the time being, all I ask is that YOU'D stop putting things about abs in the titles of your workouts when you have no intention of hitting abs in a conventional sort of manner. I used to know what to expect when someone mentioned abs during workouts, but you say abs and I don't get into any positions where I get to lay down and strain my neck instead of working my abs. With your stuff I have to always deal with never doing one crunch and waking up the next day and roll to the side of the bed - which sometimes is a long ways - because I can't sit straight up. Neck pain used to be so refreshing.
Anyway, thanks for the consideration. I anticipate a swift change in your regiment.
