Yesterday was the first time him and I worked out together and it was quite the time. He is heavy into running, evidently his strong suit.
The two of us started with a run to the football stadium, our meeting ground and set off from there towards a track at a local high school. Keeping a steady conversation was difficult for me and I was winded by the time we'd reached the track - dead before the workout. Bon-o was jabbering and hardly winded. It was good to see him feeling comfortable, but in a bitter way because my fatigue just made him much stronger. When we got to the track we sprinted an 8oo and then ran a lap with a tire over our shoulders - car tire. I just thought of it when we got there because they were just laying around.
After the run we went straight to abs:
1 exercise for 60 reps. Total of 8 exercises.
-Bow and arrows, Leg lift and push through, crunch, knee crunch r/l, bench plank, push through, and something else I can't think of -
Bon-o did much better than anticipated and I'm looking forward to training with him.
oh yeah! He and I say we're running a marathon and doing IronMan next summer. This could be good.
