so I'm motivated - if that makes any sense.
My push up count is 1 thousand 1 hundred and 61.
After 3 days of skipping I found some energy, post-pregnancy and poorly rested, I went to the house and pumped out 160 push ups in 20 mins. It feels good right now. I feel that in the times of fatigue I can still find a way to make things happen - physically, which is motivating. I want to push and be done with 10,000 by the 15th of Aug.
