Day 4 - Give it to Me in the Park (Raw and Wriggling)

Bob, Me, Miranda, Yrsa, Cameron and Olivia worked out in the park and it was a doosie.

3 exercises. 4 rounds. One partner workout and lots of legs.

Exercise 1: Mountain Climbers - jump as high as possible.
Exercise 2: Partner back to back squat, passing Ugi to right and receiving it on the left.
Exercise 3: Traveling squats (front lunge, back lunge, side squat, back angle squat, forward, forward)

summery:
The workout is semi difficult if (you) just keep moving the entire time. The lunges were very worth the time and broke down the legs. One time through and the partner squats were hard to deal with. All and all it is a good active workout for one or multiple people.
ps. Curfew fell down in the partner squat and Bob crushed her in a major way.
