Day 3 - (U)gi Me Please

Bob and I only did three different workouts but this may have been the hardest workout of the week.

3 exercises. 12 minutes.

Group A:
-Wood chop, overhead squat, knee raise (25lb plate)
-Shoulder circuit and squat (10lb DB's)
Group B:
-(U)gi hamstring throws (10lb Ugi)

summery:
hard workout because the legs get zero rest and the weight subtly erodes what ever it is (you) have packed away in your strength reserve.

8/10 Difficulty
6/10 Length
7/10 Soreness (HAMSTRINGS!)
