Today Bon-o and I ran the green belt.
Fifteen minutes one way then turned around and ran fifteen minutes back. After that, once we got that sweat going he and I stopped in the park and did some interval-type abs:
-HIGH knee with a twist
-Push up/mountain climb combo
-In out plank jumps (side)
-In out plank jumps
All the ab workouts for on minute each thirty second rest in between.
7/10 difficulty on run
4/10 difficulty on abs (post run it was pretty tough)
10/10 feel good after.
