Day Two in The Gym - (U)gi work

It is tragic that I do not post these workouts right off the top of my head because I miss some wonderful things the longer I wait to get them out of my head. But here is Day Two, shortly followed by Day(s) Three and Four.
Day Two - Weight(!)
Part 1
1 minute work phase for 5 sets alternating between 2 exercises:
-Floor glute hams on (reverse on ab bench with foot holds)
-DB Bench on balance ball (40lbs)
Part 2
-Floor hip raises: lay on back and bring one leg close to your rump, with the rump leg press your hips towards the sky, keeping your heel on the ground, forcing your hips to do the work.
-Kendal bell squats (11.3Kg) - Top of squat to middle of squat passing the Kendal bell through legs exchanging hands right under your rump.

Rough on the legs, specifically when the Kendal bell makes it's entrance.
