6 Exercises - 2 of them were tandem and one of them was difficult to do with a large group because of the lack of UGI.
Exercise 1: Speed Skaters (Long, short, long)
Exercise 2: Partner push-ups
Exercise 3: Planks
Exercise 4: Breast stroke with flutter kick
Exercise 5: Jump squats
Exercise 6*: Ugi hamstrings
Exercises 2 and 3 were partnered up in 50:10 second (50 seconds on 10 seconds rest) intervals for 3 rounds.
Exercises 1 and 4 were grouped together in 50:10 second intervals for 3 rounds and exercise 1 started and ended with long strides side to side and the middle set (2nd round) more of a low-jump-side lunge was used to keep that heart rate moving.
Exercise 5 and 6 were thought to be a cool tandem but 6 just didn't fit in here. So, 3 minutes of Exercise 5 (Jump squats) - that was quite tough.
The workout went well and was a proper introduction to most things in this type of exercise. For the new people that were with the normal group (the lot of us are actually a group now) I hope they come back around and keep up - I have a feeling they will.
